To maximise both enjoyment and development, players from both sides were combined into mixed teams, creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for everyone.

The team were grateful to receive coaching and encouragement from Zainab Khan, an international cricketer for Pakistan, whose insight and support were greatly appreciated by all players.

There were standout performances across the board: Alice, Donna, Emma, and Elizabeth impressed with the bat, while Becci and Kanchana delivered strong spells with the ball. A special mention goes to Jodi, who had a fantastic debut for Hertford.
