From A1(M) (j7) turn towards Stevenage. Turn left at 1st roundabout onto Gunnells Wood Road. At 2nd roundabout turn right into Fairlands Way. 1st left at next roundabout. At next roundabout take 4th exit to double back, then first left into Gates Way and first right into Ditchmore Lane.
